LED line lights' installation

First LED line light indoor installation method:

When used for interior decoration, the installation of LED linear light is very simple. Each LED line light has 3M double-sided adhesive on the back, which has strong self-adhesiveness. When installing, you can directly tear off the sticker on the surface of 3M double-sided tape, and then fix the light strip in the place where it needs to be installed, and flatten it by hand. LED line light is a circuit structure formed by connecting three LED beads in series. Each of the three LED beads can be cut and used separately. Use as long as you want, you can cut it, but you need to pay attention to the mat.  

Second, the outdoor installation method of LED linear light The outdoor installation of LED linear light pays more attention to the waterproofof the light line light and the firmness of the installation, because the LED line light will withstand wind and rain. If the LED line light is fixed with 3m glue for a long time, the loss of 3m glue in the line light will be reduced. Outdoor installations mostly use this way to fix the card slot, which requires cutting the connection. When installing indoors, just add waterproof glue to consolidate the waterproof effect of the connection point. It is then fixed with a special fixing clip, which can be drilled with an electric hammer or with screws with a plastic expansion tube.   Third, the wiring installation method of LED line light. The voltage of LED line light is generallyDC12V or DC24V or AC220V, so choose the appropriate switching power supply. The size of the power supply depends on the power of the LED line light and the length of the connection. It should be noted that DC12V and DC24V should not be connected to AC220V, otherwise it will burn all lamp beads. DC12V cannot be connected to the control power supply of DC24V; otherwise, the power will more than double, and it is easy to burn out the LED beads. AC220V strip light can be connected directly to the power supply. RGB LED strips require a controller to achieve the effect of change, generally using four lines to distinguish black, red, green, and blue. Colorful light line lights are generally common anodes, that is, there is a 12V black line above the light bar, the other is a negative electrode, and the RGB is connected to the corresponding red, green and blue interface or power cord.  

Fourth, the connection distance of LED line lights

Generally speaking, the connection distance of 3528 series LED line lights is longer, 20m, and the connection distance of 5050 series LED light strips is longer, 15m. If the connection distance is exceeded, the LED line light is easy to heat up, which will affect the use time of the LED line light during use. Simple RGB controllers range from 10 to 15 meters, while remote controls range from 15 to 20 meters, and most can control 30 meters. If the LED line light is connected from a distance, the controller cannot control the strip, and it needs to be spliced with a power amplifier. Therefore, the installation must be carried out according to the manufacturer's requirements.
