The advantages of LED high bay

LED high bay lamps are lamps used in the production area of factories and mines locations. In addition to various lighting fixtures used in ordinary environments, high bay lamps also include explosion-proof lamps and anti-corrosion lamps used in special environments.  

LED industrial and mining lamps can be divided into traditional industrial lamps (such as sodium lamps, mercury lamps, etc.) and LED industrial lamps according to the light source. Compared with traditional industrial lamps LED industrial lights have great advantages:

1. LED high bay lamps show high RA>80, emitting pure colors, no stray light, covering all bands of the entire visible light, and can be combined into any desired visible light through RGB. Use time: The average use time of LED is 5000-100000 hours, which greatly reduces your maintenance and replacement costs.  

2. LED high bay lamp has high luminous efficiency and is more energy-saving. At present, the highest luminous efficiency of the laboratory has reached 260LM/w, the theoretical luminous efficiency per watt of LED is as high as 370LM/W, and the highest luminous efficiency in the market has reached 160LM/W.  

3. The disadvantage of traditional light sources is that the lamp temperature is high, which can reach 200-300 degrees. The LED itself is cold light source, and the lamp temperature is low and safer.  

4.  Earthquake resistance: LED is a solid-state light source. Due to its particularity, it has seismic resistance that other light source products cannot match.  

5: Stability: 100,000 hours, light decay is 70% of the initial value.  

6: Response time: The response time of LED lights is nanoseconds, which is the fastest response time among all light sources.  

7: Environmental protection: does not contain harmful substances such as metal mercury.
